Renamed as seafood hotpot recently, locals that search for the freshest, cheapest seafood varieties, fulfilling the most authentic seafood original cooking style tastes – The dragon restaurant is definitely the best choice.

Father’s Day is approaching. My family have experienced a discounted package $2888 banqueting dinner deal. All dishes are really refreshing. I dare not to say, except the dragons, there is no other restaurant that can provide such a reasonable price given a worth try.

Most importantly, the traditional taste has not been washed away by the years and still exists.

The dish worth given a try is the long-legged crab. It’s in huge size, weighted almost six pounds; was always its signature. Crab baked in traditional ginger and onion sauce, is definitely the best choice, accompanying with stir fried noodle base. One whole crab can eat in two ways; Recommended to eat with steamed eggs along, a superb original flavors that remains.

Have to mention again is the fish maw with seafood conch head chicken broth soup. The whole fish maw was well done in a size of a palm big, it’s taste and texture’s tension are unparalleled.

The Grouper was made in two ways; The salted pepper and traditional stir-fried. The presentation is impressive. The meat texture was extremely bouncy, meaty and light. The cooking styles did not waste one single part of the body. This is almost a perfect match following restaurant’s authentic taste.

One of the most stunning dish is the stuffed mushroom in whole fish maw. The fish maw supply is fantastic, like a size of a can of soft drinks that huge. Its texture is bouncy and soft, its taste remains in its extreme freshness. The main essence is the cooking time spent; Chef’s patience, its sauce freshness was well under control. This is absolutely contribute by the chef’s all years of cooking experience.

To wrap up here, such traditional restaurant is very hard to find in Macau. Many elderly people look for family gatherings, and banqueting always pay its dividends. Many locals choose to gather here and enjoy their family moments.
